The Orange Leader Handbook

Authors: Reggie Joiner

Much of what worked yesterday in ministry programming is not as effective today. What’s more, what works today will need to change tomorrow. Are we willing to create a culture of constant change within our ministries for the sake of connecting with people and culture?

Using this book, you will learn how to customize the principles from Think Orange for your ministry. You’ll honestly assess where you are now, examine areas that need to be revised, and consistently apply these modifications to create a long-term development plan.

Using the “Orange-ometer,” you’ll pinpoint practical exercises to help you conduct staff and volunteer meetings that cast the Orange vision to everyone in your ministry.

The Orange Leader Handbook, by Reggie Joiner, is designed to be used and reused as your ministry changes over time, with replacement worksheets and other tools available at

This workbook is a supplementary resource to the book Think Orange.
