What if every kid in your ministry believed beyond a doubt that they were uniquely wired and wonderfully made by a great BIG God? What if they knew that God created them for relationship with Him and that they were made to love others? What if those same kids believed that their uniqueness could be used for good to make a difference in the world around them? And what if there was a resource that could help your kids discover these truths in a fun, relevant, and engaging way?

About Gadgets & Gizmos

This new nine-week devotional is based on Bible stories and bottom lines that teach kids about God’s creation, their uniqueness, and how to use their creativity to love God and others. Designed especially for elementary-age kids, it’s bright and colorful, funny, and invites them to doodle and write on every page.

Inside they’ll find:

  • Word searches
  • Multiple-choice quizzes (with both serious and outrageous answers)
  • Margins for note-taking
  • Space to sketch
  • Fill-in-the-blanks that make you think
  • Even ad-lib word games just for fun

At the close of each week, there’s a TRY THIS section which includes a hands-on activity to help kids apply the bottom line in real time. With lots of illustrations, kid-friendly language, and engaging activities, this isn’t your memaw’s devotional. It’s compact in size but heavy on the truths you want kids to know before they leave your ministry.

Imagine the difference it would make for a kid to know without a doubt that the unique way they’re wired and the complex and beautiful way they were created wasn’t by chance but completely by design. You know your kids were made on purpose for a purpose. This new resource will help them see that, too.
